Job Title: Scrum Master

TalentBridge, a leader in the professional recruiting industry, is seeking candidates for a Scrum Master contract job opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Agile development process, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and values.
• Coach the team on Agile methodologies and practices.
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the Product Backlog is properly groomed and prioritized.
• Remove any impediments that are blocking the team's progress.
• Work with the team to ensure that they are working collaboratively and efficiently.
• Facilitate team decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that they are engaged and informed throughout the development process.
• Continuously monitor and improve the team's performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
