· This position is for an Integration Scrum Master who would be responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of North American mainframe hardware and software infrastructure Features and Sub-Epics.

· The role would require working with various Product Managers within the Mainframe Service guiding and leading effective Agile processes across the service.

Skills Required:

· Deep knowledge of Agile framework & tools Scrum, Kanban, Rally

· Ability to define a vision and gain the support of others through influence vs authority

· Principle based leadership

· Working level knowledge of IT Infrastructure

· Coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Establish and maintain productive relationships internally and externally.

· Work independently or as a team player in a team environment, and able to manage multiple assignments concurrently

· Possess an eye for detail and have excellent verbal and writing skills
