RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Miramar, FL.

Essential Functions:

• In this role, the Scrum Master performs the Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar role for a software development team
• Ensures appropriate software development procedures and processes are followed
• Creates, develops, and manages the project scope and schedule for simple to complex projects; Plans and assigns resources to associated tasks and deliverables as appropriate; Manages resources, and tasks based on project plan
• The Scrum Master builds and maintains project documentation (reporting, meeting minutes, etc.) for simple to complex projects
• Evaluates and reports progress in terms of quality and performance metrics
• Explains difficult concepts and issues, and persuades others to adopt a point of view; Anticipates and communicates ramifications of decisions and issues to project stakeholders
• Leads, encourages, and motivates team members
• As a Scrum Master, this role identifies, tracks, and resolve issues/concerns related to projects, escalating as appropriate
