Project Manager IV/Scrum Master:
Information Security is looking for a Scrum Master Senior Associate that will be part of our digital transformation and accelerating delivery of security technical capabilities. As an experienced Scrum Master, you will be responsible for working with multiple new squads to help the organization move forward with our Agile Transformation. You will help identify and remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

In this role, you will be working with InfoSec teams to help them maximize their potential both at the team level, as well as individually. As a Scrum Master you will promote the Agile mindset in Agile teams and wont be afraid to challenge and remove organizational and cultural impediments.

Utilize Agile practices (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) to help Squads deliver more self-sufficiently.
Ensure product vision and goals are met and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way.
Identify and help remove organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide meaningful feedback to the team, so the team can improve, innovate, and move forward independently.
Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement including both Agile practices and Agile engineering.
Work closely with the Release Train Engineers, Agile Coaches and Leadership to tie it all together from team to train.

6 years of related program, project, scrum master or Agile experience
4+ years of Agile Software Development experience
Hands on Scrum Master for multiple teams in a complex technical environment
Experience with facilitating the discussions of complex, high value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve the desired functionality
Good understanding of enterprise processes and how they tie in to demand management and delivery (P2P, Jira, ServiceNow)
Technical knowledge and background to understand and work on different Information Security tools, technologies, and security related technical capabilities.
Strong analytical/quantitative and problem-solving skills combined with information technology and/or information security knowledge.
Excellent communication skills including listening, verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills; experience summarizing technical efforts while explaining the business capability impact
Takes a coach/mentor approach to help teams adopt an attitude of continuous improvement. Strong ability to act as a servant leader/facilitator of team meetings
Help build a productive team environment where teamwork and group problem solving is encouraged
Experience in implementing and enhancing Agile processes within a large organization going through an Agile transformation
Agile experience/knowledge of key agile frameworks including SAFe, Kanban, Lean, and Scrum.
Experience with PI Planning and facilitating scrum ceremonies for the teams (Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement & Review/Demo)
Demonstrated ability to work with teams and influence across peer group and leadership.
Strong negotiation and Influencing skills.
Proficient with Jira/Confluence, able to develop reporting solutions
CSM or PMI ACP Certifications
Working understanding of AWS/AWS Practitioner Certification (Preferred)
SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification (Preferred)
