The Scrum Master will work as part of a distributed team, spread across multiple time zones. This role will work closely with the Product Managers and Product Owners translating the needs of the end user through into high quality requirements and documentation and will also work closely with our cross-functional technology teams to support in the development and delivery of sustainable products across a portfolio of applications and supporting frameworks using lean-agile practices to remain responsive to business needs.

Must have:

-5+ years experience in multi-national delivery environments
-5+ years experience working with Scrum & Agile frameworks for medium & large enterprise in a software environment
-Expert level experience with Atlassian, notably Jira & Confluence as well as reporting & testing addons

Nice to have:
-FMCG background and experience
-Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster or equivalent
-Agile Certified Practitioner or equivalent
