Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams
• Be an advocate for the Agile principles and mindset, driving Agile practices within our teams
• Foster Scrum team self-organization
• Facilitate Scrum team ceremonies including preparation and follow up
• Ensure team maintains focus on quality and continuous improvement in every sprint
• Work effectively within product development and throughout the organization to remove impediments to team progress
• Compile and analyze statistics on team performance and progress towards organizational goals
• Work with development managers and other Scrum Masters to improve department-wide practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile development practices
