• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Scrum.inc Registered Scrum Master (RSM) certification. ACP will be considered.
• At least 2 years of dedicated experience as a full-time scrum master leading an Agile Scrum Team.
• Experience starting a new scrum team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in software delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Ability to facilitate scrum events and meetings.
• Recognize and act to resolve team conflict.
• Negotiation and impediment removal.
• Forecasting, estimation & planning o Coaching in Agile practices (including enforcing the team rules).
• Servant leadership & agile mindset.
• Valuable secondary skills and experience (helpful, but not required).
• Experience leading two Agile scrum teams simultaneously.
• Agile at scale (preferably Scrum@Scale).
