• Facilitate and organize daily stand ups, sprint and release planning, scoping and retrospectives aligned with Agile Scrum best practices

• Guides development teams and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and champions its value

• Assists in the removal of impediments and in empowering open discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
