Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join the Portfolio Delivery Office in the Security and Resiliency Office. The Scrum Master will join Security & Resiliency Office to deliver critical initiatives aligned to Security roadmap, supporting our Vulnerability Management and SRO / DD Interlock functions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving, with the ability to lead and eager to be part of a growing Security team.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Responsible for mid-to-large sized projects where impact is on the entire function or process, capable of supporting initiatives across Security functions
• Define and monitor delivery team resources to ensure product line deliverables are met
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owner and product team
• Provide guidance and track all assigned features and stories from backlog through delivery; conduct regular agile ceremonies to ensure objectives and milestones are achieved.
• Evaluate, coach, and recommend techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement
• Influence and manage continuous improvement of project/program process, practices, and initiatives
• Strong awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements
• Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements
• May facilitate partner alignment and maintain partner relationships

Years’ Experience Required: 5+ years Scrum Master experience
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
Systems/Software Proficiencies: Jira, PI planning tools, Cybersecurity
Certifications: Agile Scrum Master Certification (mandatory)

Experience Requirements:
• Previous experience a plus
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Agile Scrum Master certification
• Prior experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on data security highly preferred
• Working knowledge of Jira
• Demonstrated understanding of concepts supporting: Vulnerability Management and Infrastructure Programs
• Strong background in negotiating and conflict management
• Proficient written and spoken English language skills
• Experience providing hands on agile coaching for individuals and teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing, shifting priorities and flexibility across time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present at senior leadership levels
• Ensures rigorous attention to detail in all work activities and products
• Results-driven and accountability-minded
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
