-Serves as Scrum Master for 4 teams coordinating and facilitating standard Agile ceremonies
- Is prepared for and actively participates in applicable SAFe ceremonies (s2, PI planning, etc.)
- Responsible for managing teams through backlogs to plan what projects resources will be assigned to and how much time those projects will take form each resource
- Ensures team is prepared for and facilitates planning and dependency negotiations during Sprint and Program Increment (PI) Planning
- Proactively monitors and drives delivery goals for the sprint and the program increment
- Proactively engages with other Scrum Masters or Teams to mitigate risks or dependencies
- Proactively identifies impediments and drives resolution using appropriate channels, escalating if required
- Introduces new and advanced practices to improve teams' delivery
- Coach's team(s) to the next level of agile and helps to increase its efficiencies and effectiveness, with timely contributions to team members' success
- Maintain and track metrics of your team's health and progress and share with the team to discuss areas of opportunity
- Enables and encourages the team to be open and transparent
- Ensures team adherence to controls and governance/standards set by the Agile Release Train

Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Scrum Master experience
- 3+ Years hands-on software delivery experience in an Agile environment in any data warehouse and/or development teams
- 3 Years Agile Scrum
- High-level understanding of software architecture and software delivery lifecycle to provide context of teams work to management as needed
- Great skills and knowledge with facilitation, coaching, mentoring, scrumming distributed teams, conflict resolution, continual improvement and empowerment
- Bachelor's Degree
