Description

Please note this is a Lead Scrum Master position for the Charlotte, NC office. Please note that the chosen candidates are expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week and work remotely the remaining days of the week.

Team: This team oversees Execution for Digital Delivery for the Commercial Portal and all applications behind it. This is a fast paced Scrum Team!

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Agile, digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
Financial Services experience
Treasury management experience a plus
3+ years of expertise in Agile. Either in having led the transformation or being an active leader within an Agile team. Needs to be an Agile expert/SME.
They are not looking for someone to tell them how to do the transformation. Must be able to adapt to the enterprises methodology
Experience working with and managing a globally dispersed product and tech. teams

Skill Requirements

Understanding Agile as a mindset and ideology rather than simply a process
Experience as an Agile coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner or an active practitioner leading teams
Understand backlog grooming, burn down metrics, velocity and task definition
Solid understanding and hands on experience in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Grooming, Story Pointing, and Daily Standups
3+ years of experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience working in product teams
Experience with financial services is preferred
Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills
Ability to lead discussions with top management in the organization and within partner organizations
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Self-starter and highly motivated for success
Strong process improvement orientation
Excellent partnering and collaboration skills
