Scrum MasterAs Scrum Master you will be expected to establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders and provide coaching at all levels in an emerging agile environment. Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for emerging technologies. In addition to being a seasoned, well-trained professional, the successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to inspire confidence from, and to collaborate closely with technology leaders and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Guides and coaches the Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customersGets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniquesResponsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelinesCoaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum teamWorks with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teamsResolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organizationWorks with Sr Scrum Master/Agile coach and other Scrum Masters to grow within the roleContributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organizationFacilitates and supports all scrum events: Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Iteration Review, and Iteration Retrospective Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master and /or Agile coachMinimum 3 years of experience in IT full development life cycleAgile practitioner mindset with an understanding of common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development practicesDemonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex software implementationsOutstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skillsKnowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practicesAdept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniquesPlanning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams Bonus Qualifications Certified SAFe or experience in a SAFe agile environmentProject Management experienceJN008#Dice#zr
