Required Skills:

2+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master

Relevant Scrum certifications

Experience leading daily standups, performing sprint reviews and planning meetings

Experience utilizing Jira

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills:

Prior experience on a major 100+ million dollar project

Experience working closely with Accenture as the implementation partner

Utilities/Energy industry experience

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are searching for motivated Scrum Masters who would enjoy being part of a major transformational project. This 200+ million dollar initiative will implement SAP and Salesforce. This will be an Iterative Waterfall methodology with a plan driven approach that pulls in good Agile practices. Those individuals who were Project Managers or Business Analysts or something similar prior to becoming a Scrum Master will be given priority. This industry is extremely stable and this is a long-term project!
