Description

Infosys is seeking Scrum Master. In this role, you will work on defining and delivering next generation digital transformation initiatives for leading global organizations worldwide. You will be part of a highly elite global team of passionate technology leaders and chief architects who are ahead of the curve in identifying technology trends, disruptors and applying them to innovate and solve wicked problems. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. US Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor work visas currently. Preferred Qualifications: At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in playing the role of a full-time Scrum Master within an Agile Release Train (ART) in a SAFe environment with the following responsibilities: Facilitation of scrum events (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospective). Ensuring healthy product backlog depth by working with Product Owner, scrum team members and other subject matter experts as needed. Working with Product Owner in prioritizing user stories. Ensuring preparedness of agile team members for PI Planning events. Handling dependencies with dependent agile team as part of PI execution. Participation in scrum-of-scrum event. Initiating metrics-based process improvement. Ability to resolve conflicts within agile team(s) Ability to coach agile team members on agile best practices to be followed during various agile events. Possess current and active certification as a Safe Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM ) and Safe Agile Scrum Master (SASM) from Scrum Alliance.
