Job TitleScrum MasterJob Description SummaryThe TDS organization at Cushman & Wakefield is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to oversee and guide Scrum teams in the areas of internal and external data platforms.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:•Ensure data platform development teams are following the Scrum framework to improve team efficiency and delivery•Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise projects, leading large scale programs with high complexity, visibility, and impact•Quickly identify and eliminate impediments to delivery through excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and mentoring skills•Operate in a hybrid project management environment, needing to balance high level executive timelines while being nimble with product direction•Accountable for end-to-end delivery of assigned products to agreed schedule, scope, and budget•Partner with product owners to ensure deliverables meet the needs and expectations of key stakeholders and align to organizational strategy•Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and meetings to manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items to resolution•Escalate to portfolio leads and senior management when conflicts arise, or impediments need to be cleared•Remove barriers to success in a proactive and collaborative manner•Management of remotely located project teams in a global setting is essential•Clearly communicate any changes to situation or scope•Monitor performance and progress, making necessary adjustments to maximize velocity and quality•Incorporate testing into the sprint cycle, both automated and manual•Prepare and present status reports to steering committees and stakeholders according to PMO standards•Work with other Scrum Masters across the organization to improve upon the Scrum framework of delivery at Cushman & Wakefield•Liaise with the change management team, making certain that training, communication, and documentation are aligned to product deliveryQualifications:•Certified Scrum Master preferred•3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master•Familiarity with corporate data management initiatives such as master data management, data architecture, data analytics, and data governance•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred•Business background, preferably in commercial real estate is a bonus•Proficient in the use of Scrum software (MS DevOps) and project management software (Smartsheet)•Strong communication and presentation skills•Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
