How you can make a difference

The Scrum Master is a servant leader at the team level and has the primary responsibility to coordinate and facilitate team-level solution delivery, clear roadblocks, and helps to ensure the software development lifecycle practices are understood and followed by assigned teams. The Scrum Master also works closely with the Product Owner to ensure the team backlog is in good health with clear priorities The Scrum Master also has the primary responsibility to report on progress toward goals and objectives, helps track risks and dependencies, and participates in Scrum of Scrum meetings to coordinate efforts between other teams.

What youll be doing

  • Lead the numerous Scrum/SAFe events and act as the Scrum Master for two or more assigned
  • Facilitate team-level product increment planning, sprint planning, goal setting, and commitment to deliverables
  • Provide daily support to SCRUM Teams
  • Manage scrum process and support the project prioritization
  • Knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum to able to educate others. Also act as a liaison between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution.
  • Clear roadblocks and insulate SCRUM teams from interruptions
  • Train and support assigned scrum teams in agile practices and principles
  • Leverage past experiences to train and coach on stabilizing and driving predictability for assigned scrum team throughput
  • Promote positive team dynamics and good communication
  • Track sprint goals and metrics to drive team-level improvements
  • Facilitate and track continuous improvement goals focused on creating self-organized and high-performing teams
  • Ensure entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices are understood and practiced on assigned teams

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelors degree in technology-related field preferred
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Scrum Master (SSM) required
  • SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Scrum Master required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Diplomatically solve problems and resolve conflict
  • Experience with Kanban a plus
  • Proven ability to facilitate and lead multiple teams in Agile, Lean, and Scrum Methodologies
  • Proven ability to analyze performance level data and identify and implement improvements
  • Proven ability to influence others without authority
  • Experience developing software projects built in .NET, SQL a plus
  • Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) a plus
  • Knowledge with Aha!
  • Knowledge of SharePoint

This is a remote position.

$91000.00 To $141000.00 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
