Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year

As Scrum Master, you will be part of a highly skilled, creative, and collaborative team who will work together to bring innovations to life. Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of the team's work at a detailed level to identify and remove obstacles, impediments, and roadblocks for each team member.
- Assist the team in estimating their work, breaking down tasks, and achieving team-defined iteration goals within the given timeframe.
- Act as a servant leader to guide, train, coach and mentor one or more teams to embrace agile values, principles, and self-organization.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective, ensuring the team adheres to agile principles and practices.
- Keep track of pertinent metrics that guide each team to advance their work outcomes, such as user satisfaction and quality measures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with team members, other scrum masters in the healthcare organization, and stakeholders while promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Remain current on lean agile/SAFe concepts, new methodologies, and support the adoption of SAFe in healthcare to enhance productivity of healthcare SCRUM teams.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of prior experience as Scrum Master or in a leadership role in Agile product teams with demonstrated knowledge of various frameworks (Agile, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
- Strong facilitator that embraces continuous improvement
- Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills
- Understand fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
- Experience with JIRA; Project Management; Stakeholder Management; User Story required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, or related field preferred
- Certified SCRUM Master, SAFe SCRUM Master Certification, or equivalent preferred
