Job Description Role: Scrum Master Contract to Hire Remote Candidate needs to work in CST time zone Responsibilities: Scrum Master I Facilitate scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review and Demo, and Sprint Retrospective. Support Pl Planning and Scrum of Scrums. Work with the scrum team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, remove blockers and impediments by coordinating with other Scrum Masters and teams, to influence and drive decision making, and support organizational project or product teams. Monitor and track Team metrics and take appropriate actions. Guide and coach the scrum team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver quality products and business value. Foster collaboration and psychologically safe environment between team members. Be an active participant in the Scrum Master Community of Practice and contribute ideas to the Product and Agile Center of Excellence. Document and monitor team working agreements. Understand at a High level the product(s) and technology your team(s) supports/uses within 90 days.
