When you join the Corelation Team, you are embarking on a journey of professional and personal development.What We Are Looking For:As a Scrum Master I, you will continually build upon Corelation's Agile development process to ensure the effectiveness of software delivery in the organization is improved; facilitate meetings and communicate changes to the team; empower the team to perform at their full capacity by removing obstructions or helping the team remove obstructions.What The Position Entails:Requirements Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings. Communicate clearly and positively at all times. Actively listen to team members in order to know exactly what they need and how you can help them.Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. Learn from roadblocks in the past and devises strategies to avoid those roadblocks in the future.Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and radiate information. Stay diligent about honoring deadlines, keeping promises and maintaining standardsCreate and provide team and timeframe performance metrics to management. Update metrics and create new graphs as necessary.
