About You:
We are looking for an Agile Development Scrum Master who can facilitate all team interactions, remove obstacles and empower the team to deliver exceptional quality-driven work. What You'll Do:
Facilitate OneMagnify Agile Development meetings (Stand-Up, Planning, Retrospective, Demonstration and Backlog Grooming)

Interact daily with the OneMagnify Agile Team(s) to ensure tasks are being updated with statuses daily in the Jira tool, ensuring there is no lag in the development and testing process

Work closely with the Product Owner in maintaining the team's backlog of User Stories.Assist Product Owner to ensure backlog prioritization is understood by internal and external stakeholders

Responsible for working with internal and external team members to resolve blocks / issues quickly and efficiently

Coordinate efforts to review and seek requirement approval with internal team stakeholders

Identify/suggest improvements to requirement tools, templates, and processes

Ensure OneMagnify Agile Teams are working in uniform within the company by engaging with all Product Owners and Scrum Masters to understand differences and resolve those inconsistencies

Train and onboard new team members on the OneMagnify Agile Development Methodology

Own reporting for Governance and Operating Committee Meetings with Senior Leadership working with Product Owner, Technical Solutions Manager, Anchor and Account teams.

What You'll Need:
Experience with Agile Development Methodology

Creative problem solving and outstanding attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a technology related field

Excellent communication skills, positive demeanor and solution focused

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience in technology field a plus

Scrum Master certification a plus

Automotive industry experience a plus

Jira experience a plus

Experience in multiple Lean-Agile methods a plus
