What You Will Do :
-
Work closely with multiple Product Management, Development, QA and other stakeholders on planning and delivering high-quality software using agile/scrum processes
-
Understand the product and technology well enough to support the project, identify and communicate risks, and drive issue resolution
-
Generate and track agile metrics as it relates to scrum team predictability and productivity with an eye towards continuous improvement
-
Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies including the daily standup, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
-
Ensure the team has clear understanding of the quality of software they are developing, and is constantly working to improve that quality.

Serve as a Scaled Agile Framework champion. Coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe principles and the agile mindset, and drive home the value of agile/scrum across the organization

Maintain consistent communication at the team and program level, along with critical stakeholders
What You Will Need :
-
Bachelor's Degree. You can substitute 4 years of additional exp for degree
-
US Citizenship or Green Card and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
-
2-10 years leading agile teams as Scrum Master or Business Analyst or Project Manger
-
Ability to foster and maintain a positive and creative work environment for teams including dealing with conflict within the team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organization and time management skills
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
What Would Be Nice To Have :

Experience working on US Government programs

Scrum Master Certification
-
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
The annual salary range for this position is $66,700.00-$100,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
