Scrum Master
9+Month Contract

Seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our clients Data Governance (DG) team. Skills. The Scrum Master will play a vital role in ensuring alignment across multiple teams to achieve the objectives outlined in our 2024 roadmap. This role will be responsible for coordinating program updates and reporting for their assigned teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Product Owners, and team members to meet the objectives outlined in the 2024 roadmap.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collaboration, communication, and efficiency within the team.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and ensure accountability for deliverables.
  • Identify and remove impediments to keep the team focused on achieving goals.
  • Monitor progress and report updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with roadmap initiatives.
  • Maintain JIRA administration duties and approve timesheets for team members.
  • Contribute to the creation of onboarding and training materials as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a digital development environment (e.g., web/mobile).
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I).
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings effectively and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Knowledge of SCRUM methodology and Agile principles.
