SCRUM MASTER

One of The Select Group's clients is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team! The ideal candidate is a Certified Scrum Master that has proven experience leading teams that are focused on O365 migrations. If the below sounds like you, please apply!

SCRUM MASTER REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE 4+ years of experience working as a Certified Scrum Master
• Experience using Confluence for documentation, creating environmental drawings, and creating playbooks
• Proven experience leading Scrum methodologies for Microsoft Office 365 email and collaboration migration project.
• Experience managing sprints using JIRA
• Strong communication and working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

SCRUM MASTER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
