Duration: 12 month contract

Overview: The CRS Group is currently looking for a Scrum Master for one of our clients in the De Pere area. The CRS Group is a nationwide Staffing Firm who works primarily with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 corporations.
Job Description:
The Scrum Master is responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering exceptional business value to customers. They may be responsible for managing one or several concurrent high visibility teams, projects or assignments which may cross multiple lines of business.
Job Duties:
  • Manage IT projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within the parameters of cost, quality, schedule, and objectives.
  • Provide leadership for IT project team members and the Project Management process.
  • Position generally used for projects requiring integration of multiple functional organizations.
  • Works independently and mentors other project managers.
  • Responsible for the pursuit of cost reductions and maximizing value on all assigned projects.
  • Responsible for project communications and required negotiations with internal and external organizations.
  • Directly accountable for the management of projects with an aggregate annual cash flow of over $3 million.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical or Management discipline, with 10 years overall experience of which 6 years have been as a project team member OR 12 years directly applicable industry experience, 6 years of which must be in field of management of projects AND PMP certification.
  • PMP Certification required
  • 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • First level Certified Scum Master or other relevant Agile project management certifications (CSM, SAFe or PMI-ACP)
  • Proven track record of using Agile methodologies and knowledge and appreciation of Agile practices and principles, principally Scrum
  • Experience building and leading new scrum teams
  • Experience in meeting facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced with Agile Tools such as Azure DevOps Boards
