A Fortune 500 Retailer in Bentonville, Arkansas is looking for an exceptional and detail-oriented Scrum Master to join their team. Scrum Master will directly support of day-to-day needs as they relate to project workflow objectives, providing expertise and real-time Agile solutions. Working closely with a Marketing, Operations, and Strategy teams you will help to align business objectives and timelines are always achieved efficiently by providing clarity with clear successes and data-driven criteria.

• Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts

• Manages Project delivery by:

o Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives

o Coordinating cross-project activities

o Resolving projects’ scope issues

o Developing and control deadlines, budgets and activities

o Applying change, risk and resource management

o Assuming responsibility for the program’s people and vendors

o Assessing program performance and aim to maximize ROI

• Champions continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coaches teams to conduct continuous improvements projects

• Seeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and organization

• Communicates status, results, and challenges to leadership; clears risks and issues for the team

• Embraces the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instills the same in the project/program team(s) you lead

• Drives discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across project and program actions

• Assists with internal and external communication and change management efforts, improving transparency, and driving adoption
