Our client has a need for a Scrum Master. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Lorien as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Job Responsibilities                                              

• Job Title:  Scrum Master
• Location:  100% Remote
• Pay Rate:  $48 - $49.76 per hour
• Seeking a candidate who's been focused as a Scrum Master (not a BA or Developer who's holding a SM dual role).
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies for two teams (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives etc.)
• Monitor velocity, burn down charts, and standard agile metrics

Job Requirements

As a Scrum Master you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Agile certifications are highly preferred
• Financial Services is preferred, but not required
