Seeking a passionate and proven agile Scrum Master for a high-visibility role developing and leading high-performing, multi-disciplined scrum team/s instilling in them a clear vision and passionate drive to deliver value. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching 1 or more scrum teams using agile Scrum practices and principles while demonstrating servant-leadership behaviors.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective)
• Coach team members in agile framework, practices, techniques with a mind-set toward continuous agile improvement
• Act as scrum board administrator. Create, manage and report on sprint performance. Ensure correct setup of agile tools (Jira) to support each scrum team
• Resolve internal team conflicts and facilitate removal of obstacles
• Facilitate internal scrum team communication and collaboration

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Prior experience in a scrum master role
• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching skills
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Experienced at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection and other Scrum techniques
• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of JIRA tools

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Education Minimum: Computer Science or related field or equal professional experience
• Education Minimum: Certified Scrum Master I (CSM I) or Profession Scrum Master I (PSM I)
• Education Preferred: Certified Scrum Master II (CSMII) or Profession Scrum Master II (PSM II)
• Education Preferred: Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I)
• Education Preferred: Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• Experience Minimum: 5+ years Scrum Master experience
• Experience Minimum: 0-2 years JIRA experience
