RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Waltham, MA that is seeking a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as a Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams
• The Scrum Master will lead/participate in quarterly program Increment planning sessions
• Facilitate road mapping, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and demos
• Assist the product owner with backlog refinement
• Ensure cross-team coordination
• Participate/facilitate scrum of scrums
• The Scrum Master provides relevant metrics to gauge team progress with a continual focus on improvement
• Work with other Scrum Masters to define, reinforce and maintain a consistent practice across the organization
• Work with Release Train Engineer and the other Scrum Masters to coordinate PI Planning
• Prepare and deliver effective communications (both oral and written) regarding progress and status
• Effectively and efficiently track, mitigate, and resolve issues, risks, and blockers
