Compensation: $42.75 to $49.50 hourly

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a product manager and Agile Lead / Scrum master.

What the role will be doing:
• Partner with internal stakeholders to continue to define and iterate on product roadmap that’s underpinned by data, Machine Learning and Data Science
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies and the ability to practically apply those to different team needs
• Partner on product roadmap and to execute product strategy
• Scrum Master certification from a well-known certifying body (PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM)
• Proven ability to train other team members on Agile principles and help guide the team on proven battle-tested methods for achieving our Agile goals.
• Ideally, Experience working with AWS and QuickSight
• Translate business strategy into product strategy with experimentation and data driven
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market and carry out product launches
• Support the Project Manager and Engineering leads with any questions they may have
• Highly collaborative. You love being the bridge between tech teams (engineers, designers, product managers) and business teams (sales, marketing, and operations). You see problems from both business and tech perspectives and adeptly drive alignment across multiple teams
• An end-to-end thinker. You can look at a problem and create a solution all the way from top-level goals to operational and system details.
• Experience with different Agile implementations such as XP, Kanban or others is definitely a plus.
• Self-motivating, self-directing, and a great communicator (written and oral). You thrive in an environment that grants you a lot of autonomy to explore creative solutions. What You'll Need

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a software development project environment as Product Manager and Scrum Master
• Very strong product management skills/background in the information technology sector and thorough knowledge of Agile / SCRUM based development model.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience working with Scrum process is required. Scrum Master Certification is desired.
