RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is seeking a Scrum Master to work in a blended PM/Scrum Master capacity for one of their clients in Charlotte, NC. They will be working in a hybrid capacity - 3 days onsite 2 days remote.

Essential Duties:

• Scrum Master will be working with the development team, business, and program manager to create and execute release schedules
• Collaboration in work prioritization, coming from multiple work stream groups
• Working with the development manager to ensure that the development team has visibility to be able to work on the highest priority tasks
• Working with the business, development team, QA, release management, etc., to ensure progression of work items through the SDLC
• As a Scrum Master, you will be removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right point of contact
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and communicating status
• Supporting the Product Owner, balancing new enhancement work with production support work, setting realistic expectations
• Scrum Master will be providing support to the team, and leading by example
• Tracking the project budget and working with the development team and business to ensure appropriate resource allocation
