Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a Federal Integrator to assist in identifying a Scrum Master.

Role Description:
Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Required Skills: 3+ years of experience on a software engineering team, collaborating with application developers, DevOps automation engineers and systems programmers 2+ year of Agile experience 1+ year of JIRA experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.

Preferred Skills: Scrum Master certification 1+ year of experience working with Confluence

Interact with product owners to identify user stories with functional and system requirements. Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and other cross-functional teams to analyze functional requirements and communicate requirements to development teams. Communicate issues to appropriate parties and coordinate with external teams to mitigate potential issues/plan for impending deadlines. Oversee Scrum ceremonies, maintain team Confluence page and support team deliverables (Scrum of Scrum, Program Increment Planning, etc.).
