A Scrum Master provides technical direction to others in their team, including ensuring effective planning and implementation of work schedules. Coordinates special projects. Provides technical support to team members and guidance in troubleshooting problems. Works closely with management to address potential resource constraints and other resource input.

Required: Scrum, JIRA, Confluence,, Office Suite of Tools (Word processor, Spreadsheets, Presentation, etc.)
Preferred: Java, Git, ISO8583, CICD (Concourse, Jenkins)

Responsible for the implementation of the Scrum process of complex IT projects for our customers
Active support and moderation of Scrum Meetings & Workshops (Sprint Planning, Review, Stand-ups, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement)
Maintenance of other Scrum artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts, etc.
Continuous improvement of agile software development processes
Facilitate in methods of requirements engineering, quality assurance and development in agile projects (eg User Stories, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog)
Proactively identify potential obstacles and eliminate them for and with the teams through active solutions and quality assurance measures (moderation and mediation)
Close cooperation and coordination with the product owners, the teams as well as other Scrum Masters
Contact for all questions of agile software development and impulse generator for further development of agile processes and team development
Structured operation, analytical skills, assertiveness, good Organizational skills and high solution competence (team, goals, customers)
Fast and comprehensive familiarization with new topics as well as product fields in order to be able to act appropriately
Support the Scrum team in self-organization and taking responsibility to achieve the goals without losing sight of the company's goals
Explaining the current statuses updated in the Consolidated Status Report (business reporting) during the Weekly Scrum of Scrums Meeting
Providing important artifacts in the form of meeting notes, documentation, follow-up items, etc.
Prepare Sprint Status and Capacity Estimations reporting for the Development Team(s)
Collaborating with other Scrum Masters and the Development Organization to refine the DLC process, when necessary

Core Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Knowledge and experience of software development life cycle and project methodologies
Experience analyzing business processes and defining system requirements
Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
Building systems and making updates with system performance, stability and reliability in mind
Good methodological knowledge regarding moderation, mediation, change management and team development as well as the ability of decision-making and fact-finding
In-depth knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

Required Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience
Relevant experience as Agile Coach and Scrum Master in environments from mid to high complexity
Certifications preferred: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Team Coach (CTC)
Preferred payments domain/industry knowledge
