On our Program and Project Management team, you’ll manage end-to-end scope and schedule, cost, quality and assessment that helps clients achieve their desired goals. We tailor solutions for projects of all sizes and levels of complexity.

Exciting work you will do:
This dedicated Scrum Master will work with a broad base of Client business and technology groups. The role will entail standard Scrum Master duties; Facilitation of scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming. Understanding of data would be good but not necessarily a prerequisite. Ability to lead cross-functional teams from a servant leader mindset will be key.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role within a complex organization. Understanding of SAFe and/or data would be a plus.
- 3-5 yrs experience hard core/dedicated Scrum Master experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner, confident
- Servant Leader mindset
- Ability to communicate on a product level
