Position Description

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a team of passionate technologists. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies. As a solution builder, you will be working to support the client's mission and goals of building an enterprise analytics platform.

Your future duties and responsibilities

•Facilitates the development, standardization, and implementation of Agile software development processes for SSD development team.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

•A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience
•This position requires an Active US Government Secret level clearance. All candidates must have an Active Secret clearance in order to be considered for this position
•A minimum of six years facilitating incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach
•A minimum of eight years of requirements development experience
•A minimum of six years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams/serving as a Scrum Master
•Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner with significant experience with Scrum teams and use of continuous integration tools and techniques in test-driven development
•Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management
•Candidate must be hands-on with tools used in Agile project management
•Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Must excel in stakeholder management
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Scrum certification required
