Robert Half Technology is looking for talented and experienced Scrum Masters! We have a client in Cedar Rapids who is growing and building a culture around the AGILE SCRUM methodologies. This person will help drive this culture and lead SCRUM teams on several projects.

We are currently looking for a contract scrum master to work in our locations. Responsibilities include:
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, maintaining a transparent working environment between IT and our business partners
• Supporting the Business Analyst and the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Applying agile methodologies and coaching the team to execute against those principals

Ideal candidates will have experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple teams and resources in multiple locations.

Great communication skills are a must. Experience in Jira, Confluence, and Stories on Board are preferred. Life insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
