3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master
Duration: 6 months, intention to extend up to 24 months
Location: remote during COVID at least through spring 2021, probably longer. Will need to be in the office part of the time after COVID.
• This Scrum Master would align to new Contact Center Agile scrum teams.
• Will be working on projects related to managed voice, IVR, call routing, telephony
• Team members on Scrum Team- no UX designer, would be a tech BA, developer, IVR programming resources, tester, Product Owner
• 6 active scrum teams in Call Center area currently, this scrum master will be handling 2 teams.
Scrum Master, agile, banking, project management
Top Skills Details:
• Scrum Master experience- CSM or SAFe
• Banking ideally- Wells Fargo experience preferred
• Project management
Nice to haves:
• Telephony or IVR or routing
• Digital Scrum Master might be OK
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
SM with proven industry experience
Experience in the financial industry
Certification(s) CSM, SAFe, etc.
