Description
Enterprise Services Portfolio Management (ESPM) and the Information Technology Service Operation group are seeking highly skilled Scrum Masters to facilitate the achievement of the ServiceNow implementation and on-going support.
Must Haves:
- 10 years IT experience
- 6 years of Scrum Master experience in supporting complex IT systems and being the Scrum Master on multiple teams
- Certification in SAFe as a SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, SPC, etc.
- Be knowledgeable of both Scrum and Kanban (1 year minimum experience in each)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- 1 year experience as an Agile Coach
Day to day:
- Supporting their PEGA applications/ServiceNow implementation
- Facilitating calls, meeting standups
- Tracking 2 scrum teams moving in parallel.
- Documentation
- Tracking agile user stories
